1. RETURN CONDITIONS
If there is a manufacturing or packaging defect in the product you have purchased, you may request a return.
Due to the nature of food products, returns cannot be accepted for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
To initiate a return request, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. REFUNDS
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our quality control team.
If the return is approved, your payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days using the same payment method used during purchase.
Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing procedures.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you notice any damage upon delivery, please ensure that a damage report is prepared with the courier at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
Defective or damaged products will be replaced free of charge or refunded.
