Hummus is one of the oldest and most beloved appetizers in Middle Eastern cuisine. With a history spanning thousands of years, it holds a special place on both Mediterranean and Anatolian tables. The combination of the nutritional value of chickpeas, the richness of tahini, the freshness of lemon, and the silky texture of olive oil creates hummus, which is enjoyed all over the world today.
